Dog Boarding in Cleveland

Cathy and Matilda did a great job caring for our Paisley. This was Paisley’s first experience away from home AND with other dogs. We were worried a little bit but Cathy did a great job with keeping us updated daily. The environment was very clean, with plenty of room to run and play. As well as providing Paisley with her own space when she needed it. Cathy was flexible with our schedule and made our first experience with Rover.com pleasurable. We’re hoping to make Cathy, Paisley’s home away from home when needed! Thanks so much.

Dallas did an amazing job watching my sweet girl Blue, I could tell as soon as I met them that they too are dog lovers having two Great Danes of their own which are the biggest sweethearts. They treated Blue like one of their own and I know she had a blast with them as well, I will definitely be reaching back out to Dallas in the future when Blue needs a great sitter!!

Luana is great! She is responsive to your request and ensures that your dog will be comfortable in her home. Luana is very kind to her animals and I felt that she gave our dog the attention that he is used to at home. I would definitely have Chase stay with her again in the future.

My 7 lb Chihuahua-mix, Ginger, just spent her first two nights with Judy & team, and it couldn’t have gone better. Judy sent plenty of photos, and it was obvious Ginger was relaxed and happy. When we picked her up, she wasn’t anxious at all—which says a lot. I felt so much more at ease knowing she was in a calm, home environment instead of a loud, chaotic boarding kennel. What really stood out was Judy’s responsiveness and great communication. It made the whole experience smooth and gave us peace of mind.

Salena and her family were awesome with Jenkins! We were there to introduce him to the other dogs at the home, and he was smiling when we left. He came home exhausted, but very happy. Salena made sure he got his meds, and she let us know he was doing well.

As a fellow rover sitter, I was very impressed with Erika and her set up. Her facility is very clean and temperature controlled. I have a dog with separation anxiety that would escape normal wire kennels and chose a place where he wouldn't be able to destroy someone's home. Erika kept me updated throughout and sent videos to set my own anxieties at ease.

Great communication. Really accommodating. Keeps me up to date when I’m away. Really keen into reading my dog’s feelings. Would definitely reserve more time in the future. 10/10

Kelly took care of our 5 month old yorkie pup while we were in Green Bay for the Packers game. Kelly provided exceptional care for our Scottie. She sent lots of updates and photos which assured me he was happy and well taken care of. Kelly’s warmth and professionalism made our first Rover experience smooth and stress free. She was also very kind and understanding when our plans changed. I highly recommend Kelly if you are looking for a reliable and loving baby sitter!

Julie was very accommodating and well-handled to take our 2 dogs. She played with them and they snuggled with her and her daughter. They were well taken care of. We will be back for sure!!! :)

Lisa was awesome ! Best rover experience yet. After a long car journey my pup was ready to play and clearly didn’t want to leave after the week’s visit. Lisa has a huge yard, lots of activities for pups, and great companionship as she works from home office! I will go back every time even tho it’s a long drive from TX!

Itzchel is great. This is the 3rd time I am asking her to take care of Riley. But this time was different and she was a great rescuer. I was going out of town for a week and she was not available for the first few days. So I booked with someone else, my dog got injured and sick during first 3 days with the other sitter. Then I asked Itchzel to take care of him for rest of my trip. She was great. She kept me updated about Riley’s injury and sickness. She was a great and I cannot thank her enough.

Our dog was made part of the family. She was given extra special attention, many belly rubs, while understanding her needs to make her stay enjoyable. Diane and Dale were exceptional, made our time away relaxing knowing our dog was in such wonderful care. Thank you!
