Sara is terrific!! From the start, her communication was timely and helpful. During the drop-in visits, she always sent very detailed and helpful messages along with super cute pictures of my cat. She was competent in giving my cat her daily topical medicine and reported back on how well my cat was eating her wet food, which was an initial concern of mine. My cat was very calm and happy when I returned home from my trip; I could tell that she had been well cared for and received lots of pets from Sara. I highly recommend Sara without reservation...she's the best!!

This was our first experience using Rover.com and Josh. We were in need of someone to come and take our dog out before bedtime every day for two weeks. We were aware that due to the fact it was later in the day (10:30), winter, and we live a couple of miles out of town, that it might be difficult to find someone Josh came to an initial visit a week or so prior to meet our pet and become familiar with our situation. We could not have been more pleased with promptness, care, and politeness of Josh. Josh was gentle, spoke with, and assured Walter of what was expected.  He arrived within a minute of the expected outing. We would definitely use Josh in the future. Thanks, Josh.

Leslie-Ann did a fantastic job taking care of our dog—she let her out, fed her, took her for a nice walk, and even washed the dog bowls without being asked. We’re so grateful for her thoughtful care and would absolutely recommend her!

My husband and I recently went on a one week vacation. This was our first time using Rover and Cassandra and it was a wonderful experience! She took care of my chihuahua Bernie and also my pet bunny Boris. This was a much better experience than the boarding we did in the past. I loved the pictures and updates she sent us every day and it truly made me feel like my Bernie and Boris were in great hands, which was such a relief. The next time we need a pet sitter I will definitely reach out to Cassandra again!

Angela was wonderful to work with. Took the time to get to know the pups; took good care of them: and right on with timing. I would recommend anyone to work with Angela.

Olivia was available last minute to watch after our shy kitty Bubba, and she took fantastic care of him. Although he was hiding when she stopped by, she managed to snap a few photos to let us know he was ok, and she even watered our plants while we were away. She's friendly, responsive and caring...everything you need in a pet-sitter! We'll definitely bring her back to care for Bubba when we go out of town in the future :)
