Eleanor is amazing! I scheduled a check in last minute and she was able to come for a meet and greet right away! While she was at the house today she sent pictures of them hanging out and he looked very happy. Buddy absolutely loves her, we will definitely be rebooking in the future :)

This was my first time using Rover and it was great. Shana was on time and very communicative. The boys were so much more relaxed than when I pick them up from boarding. Shana can do drop-ins anytime for my boys she’s awesome.

We had to find a cat sitter at the last minute because we determined that bringing them along for a 4500 mile ride would be too stressful for them, Cheyenne was our choice even though other sitters were closer, for a month Cheyenne would stop in and check on them (even though they were hiding somewhere) and clean the litter boxes, would recommend her hands down!
