Nikki was awesome! I love that she wanted to meet my cat first to make sure it was a good match for both of them. She was very knowledgeable about how to interact with my cat. During the drop-in visits, she took care to read the instructions I left and use the information to interact with my cat, including brushing him which he always enjoys. She left detailed report cards. I will 100% be a repeat customer! Thank you for taking such good care of my cat while I was away, Nikki!

Avery did an incredible job looking after my kitty while I was out of the country. My cat gets daily medicine and can be a little fussy/get stressed when her routine changes. They were best buds by the end of the trip! Avery truly went over and above.

Hayley is awesome! She treated our cats exactly as we would have treated them - with kindness and gentleness. She spent some extra time petting them and getting to know them even though we had only asked for drop in visits. We would have her take care of them again in a heartbeat!

Laura is definitely the sitter you need if your pets have medical issues. She is able to give my one cat his pills and the other cat, an insulin shot. She also sends very cute pictures which gives you a peace of mind that they are in good hands.

Nina took great care of my 4 kitties while we were out of town and sent me pics when she came to visit! She even dropped by ahead of time to meet the kitties and see where everything was. I would definitely book her again

Tanis was fantastic! Very sensible and grounded—after just one meeting I had total faith in her independent decisions while we were out of the country and mostly uncontactable for three weeks. She was also very understanding and non-judgmental about mental illness and related house messiness... we were very nervous to have someone in but she never made us feel even the slightest bit embarrassed. Birch is an amazing pet sitter! Since she worked as a vet technician for many years she’s a real pro. Our cat needed special care while we were on a long- planned vacation and I’m not sure we would have felt confident enough to go without Birch. She pilled our cat and graciously communicated with our friends who were also helping with cat and house sitting. We highly recommend Birch.
