I wish I could give more stars!! Laura was great with my dogs and cats, especially Bosco, who's scared of new people, and pretty much everything else. The sneaky, escape artist cats didn't make it past her either. This was my first time on Rover, and by extension Laura, and I will totally book her again!! I can't describe how much weight was off my shoulders for the trip, and I was able to fully enjoy my family reunion out of state without worry.
My cats love Nina!! She is the absolute best and takes such good care of them while I'm gone.
Tanis was great with my crew! She was very flexible with the visit time, and when our plans and time changed, she was able to come a little bit later than what was originally scheduled. She left a nice summary and took lots of pix of my babies. I know they were in good hands and I will definitely be reaching out for another appointment. Thanks so much Tanis!!!
