From the very beginning, she came across as incredibly kind, attentive, and trustworthy — someone you immediately feel confident leaving your beloved pet with. From the first visit on, it was clear that Sammy was in the best possible hands, and I truly couldn’t have wished for a better experience. What I especially appreciated was her quick and consistent communication. She always responded promptly, which is very important to me and made the whole experience stress-free. Her care for Sammy was exceptional and very thorough. She paid close attention to fresh water, cleanliness, and overall hygiene, making sure everything was always perfectly taken care of. She didn’t just “check in” — she genuinely made sure Sammy’s environment was comfortable, clean, and exactly as I would want it to be. Amanda also provided thoughtful updates after her visits, which were reassuring and comforting to receive. It was obvious that she truly cared and took her responsibility seriously.
