Couldn’t have been happier with the service. Penny and her family were perfect for Arlo. He had such a good weekend. I was so pleased with all the candid pictures of Arlo on walks, playing with other dogs, and resting. Thank you Penny!

Our dog has some separation anxiety and Bryana handled it very well by distracting her when we left. She kept us updated about Mazzie each day and sent pics. I also asked Bryana to give Mazzie a bath which she willingly did (thank you again!). Mazzie had a great stay and we will definitely use Bryana again!

Jayne is a five-star PLUS sitter, and we couldn't be happier with her services. Our two CKCS stayed with her family for three days and two nights. Despite a few challenges (we forgot to bring their kibble, lol!), it was quickly apparent that Jayne is well-experienced and can easily pivot to solve a problem. Quality is hard to find in the Northwoods, but Jayne hits five stars on all counts - a meet-and-greet meeting, queries on our pups' behaviors and patterns, and a sincere, loving approach at arrival, throughout their stay, and departure. We plan to rebook as needed.

Our puppy loves visiting Kyann and playing with her two dogs. Seeing how Kyann and her husband treated Buddy was awesome. They are very flexible and willing to work with your schedule. I would highly recommend and defiantly use her again.

Joy takes great care of our dog. She monitors our dog's health and provides lots of playtime and cuddly rest spots.

Kristine was great, she was ready for us when we dropped off and picked up our dog and she sent us a ton of pictures of her and the dog having a blast together. I would highly recommend her to anyone and will definitely try to book with her again in the future.

Rex had a great time with Hannah. She was quick with responses and sent photo updates so we knew he was doing well. Her dogs were great companions. She went the extra mile and gave him a bath and clipped his nails. Would definitely recommend her as a sitter.

My wife and I were extremely impressed the first time we met Abbie, when we dropped off Cali, for her first couple day stay. Abbie greeted us with a big smile, showed us where Cali will be staying and answered all our questions. Abbie is very knowledgeable and has a big heart for dogs and their care. This was our first time using Rover, I was definitely really skeptical (like what if this was a scam, etc.) So I was very nervous but we booked a last minute Memorial weekend getaway and all other kennels were booked. We came across Wendy's profile and really liked how she described herself! She had recent reviews and recently updated her availability. That's what drew me to her initially. She was able to accommodate us when we booked on Wednesday for that same weekend. She responded right away with a "Yes" or "No" for booking and reached out to us right away via text messages to ask for pictures and care plan. She answered any questions I had as this was our first time using Rover and using a private dog sitter/board. She also messaged us a prior to the scheduled day just to let us know that she's excited! She was also very accommodating with the drop-off/pick-up time. We were scheduled to drop off at 2pm and pick up at 8pm the next day. We were able to drop her off a little bit earlier and pick her up a little later due to changes in our trip. Wendy and her family were ready for us upon arriving, she did have a dog and she brought him out to meet us and our dog for a bit. The area Wendy lives in was very nice as well, I wanted to make sure we picked the right fit and we definitely did. From Wendy and Kinsey and her home, it made me feel much more at ease. She texted me pictures and updates which I really appreciated. We got to talk a little bit when we picked up our dog and Wendy gave us a brief recap of the weekend (how many walks they went on, how our dog was behaving, etc.) Would definitely book Wendy (and Kinsey) again!
