We hired Shannon for the first time to care for our three cats for close to 2 weeks— and we were so happy we did! Shannon is a funny and delightful human being and great at communicating her various funny observations about the cats and updating us on when she was coming over. Super responsible and just outstanding—Highly recommended!!!

This was my first time using Rover and I chose Leah to care for my dog and I’m happy that I did. She came over for a meet-and-greet and I could tell right away that she was a dog-lover. She took a few pictures of Mason during the check-in visit and he looked so happy and excited, which helps ease the stress of leaving him in the care of someone else. Thank you so much Leah! Ian was fantastic! He visited twice with my dog while I was out of the country, and I couldn’t have asked for better care. He took her on nice walks, played ball with her, and made sure she had plenty of attention and activity. I felt completely at ease knowing she was in such good hands. Joanna took care of our scaredy cat while we were on vacation, and was a great communicator and caregiver! This was during a cold snap as well, so she even made sure that our heating system was working. I highly recommend her services, she will be a wonderful sitter for your pet!

Darby did a fantastic job of watching my girls. She did a great job at following the directions I went over in the meet and greet, provided good updates about her visits, and my cats enjoyed her company (including the nervous one after she warmed up to Darby) during her time watching my cats.

Lynelle did such a wonderful job with our dog, Remi! Our pup was a bit nervous at first but Lynelle was so patient with her. She is so easy to communicate with and sent cute photos of Remi after the visit! Thank you so much for taking such a great care of Remi!

Jen took a VERY last minute booking request from me and was super accommodating and quick to respond. My girl can be very hesitant of new people and she gave Jen some sass, but she was very patient and understanding with her. I appreciated her flexibility and kindness so much!!
