Dog Boarding in Mount Horeb

Laura was the best Rover sitter my dog has had. Great communicator and it is so apparent that she cares for the pets that she is sitting. Very nice person and Shadow (her Golden) is super friendly.

Kristin and Bruce were amazing! They are super nice and understanding, they sent plenty of updates and were really easy to work with. My pup had a blast staying with them, especially playing with their kids! I would absolutely contact them the next time I need someone to watch my dog!

Frankie had a fantastic time with the whole family but Catie was “his person” as she spent the most time with him. Frankie fell asleep with their oldest son which was very sweet. I would always choose this family again!

This was our first time using a sitter through Rover. Our Frenchie had the most wonderful time with Emily and her family! They treated him so well and he was so happy to play with the kids and get lots of attention. We received regular updates and pictures which helped relieve our anxiety to know he was in such good hands while we were away. We look forward to him staying with them again soon!

Michelle and I had been in touch previously, but our schedules didn't work out for her and her family to care for Cricket. When she was available this time around, I knew that we had to meet because I could tell from her messages that my pup would likely fit in VERY well. Michelle cared for Cricket like her own (he literally RAN into her arms when I dropped him off), sending photos and updates along the way, and even doing me a huuuuge favor and dropping Cricket off at another Rover when my trip got extended. Thank you for everything - we can't wait for another stay!

Our dog Brie love to stay with Nicole and her family. When I dropped of Brie at Nicole's house for her second visit, I could tell that she was so happy and excited to be there. We will definitely continue to use Nicole as Bries sitter in the future.

Marie took great care of our senior lab. She made sure he was comfortable, gave him meds, and texted us when she had questions. We really appreciated that she sent pictures and that she was flexible with pick up/drop off times. I would highly recommend Marie!

Ninja had a great stay with this wonderful family. He was well cared for and took many walks. They sent pictures throughout the trip so Inknew he was having a good time.

We were very happy with how our dogs were treated by Ryan and Martha's family. Our two dogs stayed at their house for four days. We highly recommend their services!

Wrigley was well taken care of during his stay. Lindsey was communicative and clearly had dog comfort and safety as a top priority. Would love to bring Wrigley back!

We had Jodi take care of our mini goldendoodle over a weekend and were extremely impressed. Jodi’s home is clearly and intentionally structured towards dogs- the “All Dogs Welcome” door mat tells you everything you need to know. She has a large fenced in yard and all entrances are double gated. Jodi sent lots of pictures and could identify quirks in our dog that we didn’t tell her about in advance, which shows that she really cared about her and giving her the love she needed. We cannot recommend Jodi enough!

Christine obviously knows dogs very well; a true dog lover. My James (border collie mix) is a recent rescue, and she was a pro with helping make him comfortable at her home (he still has fear of unknown situations). She sent me many great updates and pictures as well!

When we went to pick Kala up from her stay with Julie, I could tell she was well loved and cared for by Kala’s perkiness and mood. She even kissed Julie goodbye.

Edith was amazing. Understandably, I was nervous leaving Bean with a boarder-first time jitters. But Edith was amazing. She was so reassuring, she sent me tons of updates to let me know that Bean was having a beautiful time, eating well and enjoying himself. He was treated like a member of the family. The communication was spot on, and she even let me do a meet and greet to see how Bean would interact with a new environment. I’m so grateful for people like Edith since she made this process so seamless. Thanks Again!

Another awesome visit with Amy and her husband! Amy is the best! Highly recommended!! Lucy always is so well cared for and loves her time there!

Christina and Jeremy provided frequent updates on our dog Theodore, which made me feel so much better. He can be anxious, which made me anxious about leaving him, but he had a great stay with them.

Heather and her family were, again, a wonderful fit for Darcy. Our beagle loves to be there, we love the updates on how she's doing, and I think our Darcy is even a bit bored when she returns home! :) We are so lucky to have this option for our sweet girl!

Tessa was great!! I received daily updates along with photos of Guinness with reassurances from Tessa that she was doing well. I had a relaxing weekend knowing that Guinness was in good hands and well taken care of. I highly recommend Tessa and will hopefully have her watch Guinness in the future.

Lindsey was great! Sent us photo updates throughout the days and the girls seemed to feel instantly comfortable with her. Will definitely be working with her again!
