Another great Rover booking with Sarah. She sent lots of updates and lots of pictures. May seem trivial, but being at work or away is a lot less stressful when I get to see my grumpy basset happy in the pictures that Sarah sends. Of course, if you are a Rover customer and reading reviews, then it wouldn't be trivial to you either. Anyway, Sarah did a great job as always.
