Rich did a wonderful job taking care of our special needs cat. Bop has a neurological disorder and requires a lot of extra care and accommodations. This was our first time leaving him so I was extremely nervous. But Rich followed our many instructions to the letter, provided excellent communication and photos, and most importantly, gave him lots of love. It was such a weight off our minds knowing he was in good hands! We will definitely use Rich in the future.

Rebecca was a treasure! Both for me and my kitters. Pics, and even a video, from each visit, showed how much Zuko warmed up to her right away.
