Doggy Day Care in Salem

My family and I were in town for my brother’s wedding and planned to use the doggy day camp at the local PetSmart, and found out it didn’t have a day care. I was fortunate enough to find Kim and her husband on Rover, at the last minute. We’ve never used any sitters other than family or our neighbor, and we were very nervous about it. Our little Teddy can be very temperamental, and doesn’t tend to like men. The level of care and attention Teddy received was remarkable. They not only made sure Teddy was comfortable, but also recognized my hesitance due to my nervousness. They took their time getting acclimated with Teddy, and diminished and concern I had. Teddy even allowed Kim’s husband to hold him! That’s huge! My family and I are so grateful for their patience and blatantly evident love for dogs. My little brother was very well taken care of, and we could enjoy my brother’s wedding without a worry. Thank you so much!

Tom was quite friendly and explained his home/yard/other dogs well. He has a big yard, lots of room for running & playing. Zeus seemed to have a good time.

Extremely glad we found Maria through Rover. Our dogs were well taken care of and very happy happy when they got home...not to mention worn out. I would much rather have my dogs looked after in a private home over a "doggie daycare" any day. And, as long as Maria will have them, they will definitely be going back.

My dogs seemed to have a great time. I received photos throughout their stay. I was informed of how they were doing. Both dogs came home happy and healthy. I definitely appreciated Tommy & Julie taking my dogs in very last minute. I was able to enjoy myself without having to worry about my fur kids.

Brianna takes great care of my puppy and gives him lots of love. When I pick him up he’s happy and wiped out. She’s very easy to work with, and always responds quickly to emails. As a new puppy parent I know I can get help with my concerns and questions from Brianna.

Debbie &Tom were very flexible in scheduling a meet n greet.They clearly read notes I had in my profile about my pup Snooper. They have a comfortable dog friendly home that allows dog to be on other side of a gate to slowly meet their cats. Snooper stayed with them the next day and Tom took him for a couple walks and let him relax and enjoy the day. It was my dogs first time with them so they let me know he was doing just fine and sent pictures. They are really kind people and I’d definitely bring Snooper to stay with them again. THANKS!

We were very unprepared and Sunshine saved our butts! She accommodated our last minute needs and gave our pup a fantastic day. She was flexible, a great communicator and we would definitely ask her to sit our Oscar again. Thanks Sunshine!

Francine noticed that my dog had outgrown his puppy chow and gave me a big bag of blue Buffalo dog food for free. Also they accommodate my hellish work hours. I would recommend them.

I was so nervous to leave my fur baby for the first time. Jennifer and her family let me come visit a week before our first "day care" visit, so I could make sure Doby (my dog) got along with her dog. Her family was great, very friendly, and I felt comfortable right away! I dropped Doby off for her first day care visit, and Jennifer sent me pictures throughout the day to let me know she was doing okay. After seeing the pictures, I wasn't sure she wanted to come home, seeing all the spoiling and cuddles she was getting! ;) I would highly recommend Jennifer and her family and will absolutely be taking Doby back! Very happy, and relieved to have found a family who treats my fur baby so well, while I'm away. :)
