Jodi did a great job taking care of Maddie, our old cat, while we were away. She was willing to do whatever was best for Maddie and made sure all her needs were met. We came home to a happy cat, and everything was neat and tidy. We didn't have a lot of communication while we were gone, just enough that we knew Maddie was all right. We're ok with that, but if you're a person who needs frequent updates, you would want to be sure to mention that.
Caitlin was great. She did everything we needed and sent plenty of pictures. She brought in our mail and left a sweet Christmas card! Will def book again.
