Joshua was great. We do not often use Rover, but have, for the most part, had great experiences from this App. We have a friend who watches our fur baby AJ. But we needed someone and requested Joshua. He was kind, prompt and AJ took a liking to him right away. Joshua arrived on time, checked in with us. Kelly is phenomenal! This is the second time we've used her to stay at our house with our fur babies while we were on vacation. This time it was for an entire week and my dogs and cats loved her. They were taken care of, played with, fed, 3 litter boxes scooped, Etc. So reassuring knowing there are people like her to take care of my fur babies that can't come with on vacation. And to stay in our home with them protects our home as well. Will definitely use again.
