Sara did a great job and kept my cats safe and healthy!

I was so anxious leaving my two cats while on a two week trip abroad - I’d never been away from them so far or for so long. It took a couple of days, but then they warmed right up to Jeanne. She had tuned into what they needed and provided consistent care - along with great updates and photos from each visit for me - allowing me to focus on my trip. When I returned, I found two happy, well-adjusted cats waiting for me. It was such a relief to know they were in such good hands with Jeanne!

Julie is really great with our old man kitty; she knows if he needs cuddling, play, or just quiet time sitting together. She’s comfortable administering his medicine, which is a great relief while we’re away. I love coming home to a happy, relaxed cat; thanks to Julie’s kind ministrations, he’s happy to see us without being desperate for attention. We book Julie’s services every time we go away and she’s been a game changer.

Kirsten was great! She sent me videos and pictures of my kittens while I was away, and she was super understanding and accommodating of all of my requests as a high-maintenance pet parent. I’ve already booked with her again and hope to continue booking with her!

Lily did a great job with our cats! One of our cats responded to her as expected each visit, which was on camera... she engaged and played with him on each visit. Although Lily called out for our other cat, she (the cat) is much more aloof even to us and typically slept through Lily's visits. Cats were well cared for by Lily. Would definitely recommend her to others and will book her with other trips in the future. Thanks for taking great care of our cats Lily!

I would like more communication and questions. If something seems missing, ask the question. I thought I was clear on my post as well as in the meet and great how often and what was to be fed. The house was clean and charlotte was fine. Didn’t get pictures or daily updates without asking.
