Dog Boarding in Waterloo

Ellen provided excellent care for my dog Murphy! She sent me several updates while watching him and pictures. She took care of him like he was one of her own and we will definitely be going back.

Ruby is PHENOMENAL at taking care of our fur babies like they were her own, we adore her and will never go anywhere else for boarding! 10/10 would HIGHLY recommend! ❤️

I would absolutely use them again! They took many pics and videos of my dogs and made sure I knew they were safe and having fun while I was gone. We had a meet & greet and I knew they'd be in great hands. Highly recommend to others in the area!

David was amazing with our 2 puppies (7 months old & 8 weeks old). He took them in with such a short notice and treated them as his own. We knew they could be a handful and he did such a wonderful job. I highly recommend David to watch your pups!

When we went to pick Kala up from her stay with Julie, I could tell she was well loved and cared for by Kala’s perkiness and mood. She even kissed Julie goodbye.

I contacted Val last minute as my usual sitter was out of town and my husband and I needed to leave town for the weekend on short notice. Val met with my husband on short notice and took care of our girl for us for the weekend. He takes the time to understand your pups norms to make them the most comfortable, he even let Lola sleep with them. I will definitely keep Val in mind in the future.

Amanda was a pleasure to work with. We wouldn’t hesitate to use her again. She sent us pics of our dog while away which was nice because we missed her. She communicated with us well and was very responsive. Thanks!!!

Emily was fantastic. Super caring and accommodating to our wildly different pups. Above and beyond at every turn. Excellent communication and very easy to work with. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

Suki and her family took such amazing care of our dog Nacho! He was there for a little over a week and had the best time. She sent daily updates and pictures so we knew he was well cared for. We will absolutely have him stay with them again!

Edith was amazing. Understandably, I was nervous leaving Bean with a boarder-first time jitters. But Edith was amazing. She was so reassuring, she sent me tons of updates to let me know that Bean was having a beautiful time, eating well and enjoying himself. He was treated like a member of the family. The communication was spot on, and she even let me do a meet and greet to see how Bean would interact with a new environment. I’m so grateful for people like Edith since she made this process so seamless. Thanks Again!

Rebecca is the most kind and caring dog lover. She really provides individual care for every dog and works to ensure their stay is one of fun and relaxation. I recommend her 100%!

My dog Larry had a great time staying with Joan! She has some anxiety issues, and Joan was very flexible and quickly figured out ways to make Larry feel more comfortable. Overall it was a very positive experience!

Tiana did a wonderful job of caring for our senior dog, Bode. We are glad we found a great sitter.

First time boarding my puppy who has anxiety and they all did a wonderful job with her. She warmed up to them amazingly fast. I could tell by the pictures they sent she was very happy. My seven year old dog was also very happy and at ease. Looks like he had lots of fun with the kids. Will be rebooking with them for Sue!!

Erik and his family did a wonderful job taking care of our 4 month old puppy. Our puppy came home happy and didn’t seem to want to leave their home. Thanks so much!

Yoki and Derek were communicative and caring hosts to our dog Jake. They have the most amazing yard! It is huge and fenced with lots of interesting areas for dogs to play and explore. I loved that they took the time to share lots of pictures of all the fun he had running round and making new dog friends. He as totally tuckered out when I picked him up today. I will definitely be rebooking in the future!

Erika was AMAZING! Arlo had a blast and made some really great, new friends—both furry and human. I don’t even think he was bothered that we were gone. Our experience was so smooth and the best we could have hoped for. Thank you again, Erika!!
