Rosanna has been the absolute best! Every time we go out of town, I feel so much better knowing my cats are in great hands with Rosanna. We are moving out of the Kenosha area soon, and we can only hope that our next cat sitter is as wonderful as Rosanna has been to our family. Hazel was very comfortable with Amber, while Claire is a very shy girl. I appreciate the pictures, videos and notifications of daily tasks completed. An overall amazing experience.

Marisa was the first person to watch my cat who wasn't family and WOW did she exceed my expectations. I had never used Rover before, so when I reached out seeing if she was willing to watch him, she even helped me in creating a profile to make sure I had all of the necessary information. Her daily check-ins with him were well communicated and she talked about their hang-outs and sent tons of pictures (which were great given how much I missed him.) We had Kya over our house to watch our cat, Juniper, for 5 days and she did an amazing job and was with her 24/7 which I appreciated. Our Juniper is very shy, but thanks to Kya’s kindness and patience, she warmed up. As promised, she sent daily updates and photos and even took the trash out for us while we were gone. Kya even went above and beyond to ensure the house was immaculate and to wash the bed sheets for the guest room she stayed in, which was so kind of her! I'm so grateful to have found Marcelina to watch my cats. She's done two vacation drop ins for us and takes such good care of my fur babies! Even going to extra mile to help out with our new kitten. She's trustworthy, kind, and just overall so helpful.

Jodi did a great job taking care of Maddie, our old cat, while we were away. She was willing to do whatever was best for Maddie and made sure all her needs were met. We came home to a happy cat, and everything was neat and tidy. We didn't have a lot of communication while we were gone, just enough that we knew Maddie was all right. We're ok with that, but if you're a person who needs frequent updates, you would want to be sure to mention that.

This was my first time using rover and the first time leaving my cat alone and I was really stressed about it, especially since my cat gets really nervous around any change. Rebecca was so great with my cat and my cat warmed up to her much quicker than I expected. It was a huge relief having someone dependable and responsible watching my my cat, I would recommend Rebecca!
