Joi took great care of my rabbits while my husband and I were out of town, and I would certainly book her in the future. She was punctual for our meet and greet, and was very responsive to my messages through the week. She sent complete updates and photos each day. Joi even changed the bunnies’ towels halfway through so that they weren’t uncomfortable. Highly recommend Joi for your pet care needs.

Kiersten/Ashley went above and beyond. The contract was to come by my place once a day for 5 days to feed/water/scoop litter for my cat. This was a few weeks after my cat had both eyes removed and was still healing. I was very nervous about leaving my cat for that long, but I completely trusted that Kiersten had the expertise and integrity to honor the contract and be able to determine if there were an issue and act quickly if needed. She still came to my house during a big ice storm, getting stuck there for 6 hours until the roads were cleared!
