Our 3-year old tabby cat can get very stressed around strangers, and on our past trips, made it very clear that neither a 5-start cat hotel nor drop-in visits by neighbors were going to do. Leaving on our latest trip, we knew we needed an experienced and patient cat person who would be able to spend a few hours a day in our home, letting Amber slowly warm up to them. Zel was able to do just that and worked wonders with our shy little cat. Instead of a traumatized kitty convinced that we abandoned her (as would happen in the past), we returned to a happy, purring furball, who had missed us, but clearly also had a good time while we were away. Very grateful to Zel and Rover for giving us peace of mind while we were away!
