John was great with our cat Lily. She warmed up to him quickly and I was pleased to see in the pictures he sent that she was rubbing up against their legs. She was happy to see us when we got home but not overly excited. I think she was hoping to see John and his son instead. We've already booked another trip.

This was an amazing experience and I cannot recommend Wendy enough when it comes to caring for your pets! Wendy eliminated a lot of stress from my move across the country when she graciously agreed to watch my cat for a WHOLE month, VERY last minute. She went beyond what I was expecting when I started looking into the boarding process. Of course she sent me a lot of videos but I could tell how well she was treating her in the videos and it reassured me that my baby was in a safe place. She sent updates nearly daily about how she was doing, told me about funny things she had done and how cute she was being and it just made the whole month without her a lot easier. I appreciated her for putting up with all of my chaos and I'm sure my baby is going to miss her so much!!

Shay did a wonderful job watching our pet while we were away. Shay took time to check in with us, send pictures and updates on how our fur baby was adjusting. Returning home we could tell our cat Pumpkin was happy and well taken care of. If you are looking for someone you can trust to take care of your fur babies just as well as you do, Shay is the person to trust!
