Tracy is the best! She explained everything in great detail since it was our first time using Rover. We received updates on how our Sampson was doing and it meant the world to us. We will be continuing to hire Tracy for our future trips 🐾

absolutely wonderful! This is our second time using Elena's drop-in services to care for our fur babies, and we'll continue to do so whenever the need arises. Our kitties are comfortable with her, she's great at communicating, and she always makes sure they're well cared for.

Alesia was so great with our dogs! It can be really stressful to rely on someone else to take care of your fur babies, especially when you have one that likes to be an escape artist. Alesia did so good, was punctual, and trustworthy with our animals! We will definitely keep her in mind for the future and for recommendations to our friends.

Disha was exceptional. She extended her care more than any other pet sitter I have ever had-- and the pets took to her immediately in our meet-and-greet. She went beyond what I expected and communicated with notes, photos and videos with every visit. I was also very impressed by her knowledge and experience with both wildlife and veterinary care. I wholeheartedly recommend her and will certainly rebook now that I know I can leave my cats and fish in her capable hands.

Nicholas cared for our two cats while we were out of town for 2 weeks. He stopped in 3 tines per week and spent time with them, made sure that they had food and water as well as a clean litter box. I was delighted to get pictures of one of the cats (the other was surely hiding) from most visits. Nicholas even took out the trash bag will of dirty litter bags for trash pick up so that my garage didn't stink like dirty cat litter. He was always quick to respond which was great as I have never had to have anyone other than family care for my pets so this eased my nerves. It was a pleasure to work with Nicholas and I would use him again in the future as well as recommend him to others!

Carolina has been such a huge help for my new puppy! I don't have to worry about my baby while I am at work. I get updates and photos at each visit and Harper gets much needed mid-day exercise and attention. I feel like Carolina takes care of Harper as if she is her own - always mindful of health, age appropriate play, and she always goes the extra mile while there!

Jennifer did a great job taking care of our pets while we were away. She sent a bunch of pictures so we could see how our pup and all of our kitties were doing. I would definitely rebook her.

Loved loved Ande! She was very flexible, stayed in constant contact with me and sent me pics during each visit. Had an emergency and had to be gone longer than originally scheduled and she had no problems taking care of my fur baby the extra time. Highly recommend and will definitely use Ande again!

Audrey was amazing watching over my three cats during the Thanksgiving holiday! I am grateful to her for taking time out of her holiday to care for them while I was away!
