Melissa was absolutely fantastic. She met us a few days before our trip to meet our pets and go over our expectations. She was always prompt with responding to any questions or concerns we had prior to or during our trip. We requested that she send us pictures of our creatures and she did not disappoint! We even have a fish tank with turtles and a few fish and she cared for them as well while we were away. We would not hesitate to leave our pets in her care again.

Ashlyn was the best sitter we have ever had! She was sweet, kind, caring, and above all our cat absolutely adores her! Our cat has a skin condition and over the years we have came to terms with her skin condition getting worse when we would gone on vacation due to her anxiety. But due to our surprise she was actually better than when we left! Ashlyn sent over videos and photos letting us know how she was doing and got back to me way faster than expected.
