After my first booking with Hans, I instantly re-booked him for another visit and will continue to do so when needed. He is flexible, easy going, and a lover of animals. My dog, Walter, instantly took to Hans and definitely has a great time when he visits. The third quality I look for in a rover is communication. Hans made sure to keep me posted on his drop in visits and got back to me quickly whenever I messaged him. This is something that made me feel comfortable and at ease.
