Our cats did great with McKenzie. We really appreciated her use of Rover’s app to send us photos and the “Rover card” system to communicate about the cats. Traveling was a lot less stressful, knowing that McKenzie was providing our pets with excellent care.
Mary is fantastic! She graciously helped us when another sitter canceled last minute. She sent photos, gave us a great update, and was very communicative. We hope to book with Mary again!
Thank you Emma! We had a pet worry free vacation. Emma performed the care of the dogs through all of our requests and did them very well. We had a dog who is sometimes not friendly to strangers and the dog and her had no problem. Emma had to take care of a couple of accidents and did that without complaint. Very thankful for this service.
