Our cats did great with McKenzie. We really appreciated her use of Rover’s app to send us photos and the “Rover card” system to communicate about the cats. Traveling was a lot less stressful, knowing that McKenzie was providing our pets with excellent care.

I am very pleased with Charlotte. The kitties were happy to have me home, but were fine. However, Rover itself is bureaucratic, overly complicated, and frustrating. Please simplify, and don't harass me on both email and text message.
Mary is THE BEST! Such a wonderful person and my sweet pup loves her. He is a dog that sometimes will get nervous and would urinate himself when people he didn’t know would come in, but she has such a calming presence that makes him immediately at ease and he was on his back asking for love within 30 seconds of the first meet. 10/10 recommend, she’s flexible and wonderful.
