Dog Boarding in Funny River

My elder dog and 5 year old dogs were the happiest I’ve ever seen the whole picking them back up!I could see they were taken good care of. They came to me happy and didn’t dart right into the car like the past kennel pick ups. She is so kind and clearly takes good care of everyone”s pets. We are truly thankful for them!

Krystal was great! She was willing to take a last minute booking and watch Axel which was super helpful. She’s friendly, has flexible dropoff and pickup times, and had some expert advice about our Lab’s perpetual runny eyes. If you’re heading down the Kenai Peninsula for activities and decide that you’d like to board your dog for a couple of days, this is the place! It’s not too far from the highway which makes it convenient and your dog will have a great time! I highly recommend!

Super accommodating. Such a nice family. My dog had a great time. Will definitely use them again in the future. They were able to take my two cats last minute as well. They made them feel as comfortable as possible while being away from home.

Chelsea took such incredible care of my very active dog, Frank. On his first day, he was a bit nervous (it was the first time I had ever dropped him off with someone he hadn't met before) but she recognized that and figured out he was happy when he was playing with the other dogs outside. She sent me so many reassuring and wonderful pics throughout the day and night. They ran around on their property on the lake and she even took all the dogs on a car ride to a nearby park to play fetch and run around. I am so grateful for her, not just making sure Frank was OK while I worked a long day and night, but that it was like he was at summer camp meeting and playing with new friends 🧡 I honestly can't recommend her enough. My only regret is not having found her earlier. Frank is definitely coming back next week.

Jessica was amazing! She and her family took great care of Bella, kept me updated throughout the stay, and was able to watch her on short notice. She was really kind and accommodating.
