Mak was amazing with our cat, Benji. She was very responsive and communicative from the start, which really helped ease our stress during the holidays. Benji is very shy, but by the end he was getting close to her—a great sign. We’re very happy to have found someone as attentive and responsible as Mak and will definitely reach out to her again. We had two elderly sick kitties. We lost our boy kitty a few days before the reservation. The reservation for drop ins changed a few times. It worked out in the end. It was just three days, but was important to have someone there for our girl kitty after she lost her littermate of 16 + years. Sage was very understanding of our situation.
