She took great care of my cat while I was away! She was reliable, sent updates, and made me feel so much more at ease knowing he was in good hands. I would definitely book with her again!

Katherine dropped in on our Airedale and took extremely good care of him while we went on an overnight trip. We would definitely book her again!

Mary Paige was great. We had some issues in the beginning because another person ghosted me so I was not able to introduce Millie to Mary Paige in person. Millie was a bit spooked because she did not know Mary Paige beforehand, but Mary Paige did an amazing job and I was able to finish my trip without worrying one bit. I would definitely use Mary Paige again!

Zaira to the rescue! Unexpected late work day and needed Max fed and walked. Zaira came last minute and it was appreciated by us and by Max!

Jennifer and Irvin were very responsive and detailed in their daily reports. Somehow, they got such good pictures of my cat, who has a 6th sense for when someone is trying to get a picture of her. From the pictures, it looks like my old lady had a wonderful time with them, and she was happy as a clam when I got home. Somewhat related - they initially offered to do some small chores around the house to let my cat get used to their presence. My cat is pretty sociable, so I said that wouldn't be necessary. However, when I came back from my work-related trip, I found that the sink was cleaned, my bed made, and the floors swept. I thought this was such a thoughtful, kind thing to do, and I can't say how much it meant as a grad student who has spent the last few months preparing (and stressing) for this trip and doesn't have family or a large support network in town since finishing undergrad. The fact that they went out of their way to do these extra things for a stranger really warms my heart and further confirms in my mind that my cat was in good hands.

April genuinely loves dogs, and I know she was so sweet to our fur baby! We will most definitely use her again! She communicates and has our dog’s best interests at heart!
