Emalie was great with our two cats. She went above and beyond by getting their nails clipped for us and everything. Great place for all animals. I will be using her again in the future.

Great communication. Coaxed my scardy cats out from their hiding places and took good care of them. Sent pictures at each visit and everything was kept clean and neat. We will plan to use Ariel again.

This was our first time using Brinkley and a pet sitting service for our cat. She communicated with us daily and with details, which we really appreciated. Gabrielle's care of my cat Hari puts me in awe. Hari has been my pet as an indoor / outdoor cat for only 6 weeks. He is a newly socialized, formerly feral cat who went through the T & R process about 4 years ago. Before I adopted him from a neighbor (who had rescued him and his many brothers), Hari had never spent a night inside house. Over the past 6 weeks, he has learned to eat and play in the house and stay cuddled up in bed for part the night. But this routine and my bond with him are new. I had a great concern that he would fee abandoned, even with Gabrielle's daily visits to make sure he had wet food and fresh water to accompany his kibble in a gravity feeder. Besides making sure he was well fed, Gabrielle called him in each day, genuinely connected with him, and gave him an abundance of highly effective attention. She is skilled in the light touch therapy Jenn Shin Jyutsu, and I've arrived home to a calmer, more integrated Hari. He was not only well cared for by Gabrielle. He is transformed into more of a house cat with a love of the outdoors. I feel that his bond with his new home has been strengthened.

Alexandra stayed with our cats in our home! We got ample pictures, they all are happy, and our home was left better than when we left! We will definitely use her again!

Bo was an exceptional sitter!! I would give her more stars if I could. I have an extremely high maintenance senior cat who requires medication, a special diet (like preparing a buffet twice a day) and a list of other instructions. Bo took care of all of her needs. She gave me several updates per day and also sent a bunch of photos - great communication. Bo cared for my little diva like she was her own!

Tierney is reliable and does a great job taking care of our cat. We especially love the pictures she attaches to his Rover card. It's a peace of mind knowing she's looking out for him and we appreciate it so much!
