Mel was professional and detail oriented in her work and uses excellent communication. She kept Mr Kitty so happy that he was not even anxious or whiny when we returned after 2 weeks of vacation. Elizabeth was wonderful! She gave us great updates on how our fur babies were doing while we were gone, and went above and beyond making sure our house was safe when an unexpected cold front brought temperatures below freezing. We'll definitely be asking for her help again when the need arises!
Second time we have used Taylor! Absolutely amazing! She even saved us last minute with being out of town and having construction work being done on the house. We have a little one that gets jumpy and scared with new noises and people and Taylor sat with her and gave her time to adjust! Amazing peace of mind when you are out of town and your babies are at home! Couldn’t say better things about her!
