I highly recommend Sergey and Lana. They are very friendly and professional. I had no worries leaving Sophie with them. They truly do care and will give your pet the proper attention. Sophie enjoyed her time with them and I will definitely use them again when in Hot Springs. They took such good care of Sophie including walks. We were able to explore the city and not worry about Sophie.

Ashley was absolutely fantastic as my pet sitter! She took great care of my kitties, spending time with them to make sure they felt comfortable and safe while I was away. I really appreciated the photo updates—seeing their happy faces gave me such peace of mind. It’s clear that Ashley truly cares about animals, and I could tell my pets were in great hands. I’ll definitely be using her again in the future and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, thoughtful, and caring sitter.

This was our first time using Sierra and she was wonderful! We needed her for a last minute, week long, cat-sitting/house-sitting. I get very anxious leaving my cats with someone new but she made me feel at ease with lots of updates and pictures! Sierra was very patient with my stubborn girl kitty who doesn’t like strangers at all. She even cleaned, mopped, and did the laundry so everything was perfect when we got back! It has taken Julie a minute to warm up to having someone in the house with her, but the care Anastasiia provides for her is more than I could ask for. When I get back, Julie is calm and relaxed, not stressed or angry. This tells me that the care she receives in my absence is as good as, or better than, the care I give her. Truly, five stars are not enough for the love and attention Julie receives, and for the peace of mind I have in leaving her in Anastasiia's care.
