I wouldn’t trust anyone else in the Phoenix area with my kitties besides Katie. She goes above and beyond making sure they’re happy and healthy when she’s pet sitting. Emily was absolutely wonderful! She checked in and sent photos and videos and gave us updates. This is our first time leaving our cat for more then 3 days. Lacey did an amazing job with my cats over the last eight days. My cats aren’t angels by any means but Lacey had great composure and patience in helping calm my Siamese with me being out of the house, she wrote great detailed notes daily, went above in beyond in many ways, she communicates well and is very professional. I’ve used the service for years and she by far did the best job, I highly recommend her and will continue to book her as long as I’m here.
