House Sitting in Bumstead

Charles took great care of our 12-year-old Labradoodle for 10 days while we were on an Alaskan cruise. His communication with us was wonderful as he sent pictures and updates on a regular basis. Juneau is a finicky eater but with Charles he ate all of his meals and Charles was great about giving him the meds. Charles is extremely reliable, responsible, and treats your pet as if they are his own. While we were on our trip, it was so so wonderful not to worry about Juneau's because we knew that he was so well taken care of and loved by Charles. If you love your pet as much as we do and want the best possible care for them Charles is your guy!! We are so grateful to have found him on Rover!

Alyssa was very professional and caring to my dogs (and my house). She made traveling easier as I wasn’t worried that my girls were lonely! Highly recommend Alyssa and will book her again.

Christina was amazing with my three fur babies over Thanksgiving week. From the moment we met, her calm and caring attitude put me at ease. She took great care of my dogs, kept their routines, gave them plenty of love, and stayed in touch with updates and photos so I never worried for a second. She treated my home with respect and left everything spotless. It was clear that she paid attention to every detail and truly cared about all my animals and my space. Christina earned my trust completely and I will be turning to her first for any future trips. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone kind, dependable, and loving to watch over their pets and home.

Dina did a wonderful job caring for our two boys when we were away. She was prompt and friendly at our meet and greet and had multiple good references of individuals whose pets she’s watched for years. She watched our boys for a weekend when we traveled and stayed at our house. We got multiple updates a day which were very appreciated. One of our dogs had a minor health issue while we were gone and Dina informed us of the situation and was able to manage it. When we returned home our boys and our home were both well cared for, it was like we never left. We would definitely hire Dina again!

We had such a wonderful experience with Annabella! She took amazing care of our pups and kept us updated throughout their stay, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Aly was a great in home sitter for our Aussie, Stealth. She took and sent us lots of pictures and was very responsive to questions, etc. Our dog was loved while we couldn't be here. We will be using Aly's services again.

Absolutely amazing experience! From the start, they were incredibly communicative, reliable, and made me feel completely at ease. I don’t like leaving my dogs, it’s actually really hard for me, so having someone in the neighborhood I can truly trust makes such a difference. They took wonderful care of my three dogs and kept me updated the whole time, which gave me so much peace of mind. One of my dogs ended up having an upset stomach while I was away, and I felt so awful, but she handled it like an absolute pro. She kept me informed, stayed calm, and took great care of everything Knowing my pets were happy, safe, and well cared for truly meant the world to me. I’m so grateful to have found someone so dependable and kind. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy dog sitter.

Maddie was great! She came over for a meet n greet and our 2 dogs warmed up to her quickly. She watched the dogs and housesat for 5 nights. I liked that she actually hung at the house with the dogs for the majority of the time rather than just dropping in a few times per day like others have done in the past. This was the most important thing to me since mostly the dogs just want someone to lay around with while napping all day. I also thought she was great about communicating throughout the stay and providing lots of pics which I appreciated. She was a tidy house guest too; she cleaned up after herself and barely left a footprint. She even helped us by taking the garbage bin out to the curb which I thought was above and beyond. All in all I thought Maddie was reliable, communicative, and really responsive to our requests of her. The dogs liked her right away and she’s easy to work with. I really couldn’t have asked for more with her and knew the dogs were well taken care of while she was here, so that took some stress off while traveling. I’d def try to book with her again!

Angela was amazing! This was the first time we have left our babies with anyone other than my mom and I felt totally relaxed with them in her care! She provided frequent updates and pictures throughout her stay. She also was amazing accommodating all the dogs needs and very respectful of our home during her stay. Will definitely be booking again! :)
