Carissa took wonderful care of Frankie while I was away. Her updates were detailed, thoughtful, and always made me smile. She consistently went above and beyond—bringing in packages, cleaning up unexpected messes, and making sure Frankie was happy, healthy, and well cared for. What stood out most was how much she genuinely enjoyed spending time with Frankie. She even brought her kids along to visit Frankie (our tortoise), and they spent time watching her explore and helping with her soak. Seeing those photos and updates meant so much while I was away. She also showed kindness to my cats, even though they weren’t part of the booking, which speaks volumes about the type of person she is. It takes a special person to care for a tortoise with as much enthusiasm as a dog or cat, and Carissa did exactly that. Frankie was clearly loved, spoiled, and well cared for. I would absolutely book with Carissa again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring, reliable pet sitter. 💚🐢

Sami was fantastic and provided updates daily with pictures. Minnie came out to see her on her last day of check ins lol! Sami also took on an additional 2 days last minute when my flight back home was delayed. Thank you for taking such great care of my sweet girl!

Lisa is beyond amazing!! She watched our family cat at her home during a longer than planned home renovation. She was very understanding, quick to respond and treated our cat like her own. We know he was very spoiled and loved while in her care. Highly recommend her for any of your pet stays! If we ever need our pets watched in the future I will be contacting Lisa first to care for them. ❤️😊

Katerina took her time to stop by and met with me and my cats before confirming the appointment. She completed all the tasks and hung with my trouble makers for a bit when she visited. She's very friendly to my cats and I can tell my cats sense that she's a cool person as well. I really appreciate Katerina's help while I was out of town and will definitely go to her in the future when I'm out of town.
