Pet Sitting in Chandler Heights

Amanda is an awesome sitter. She was able to schedule us in on short notice as a new client. We loved that we were notified when Amanda started and ended the drop-in visits, and that she sent pics of our senior dog Daisy during each stay. Amanda even cleaned the dog bowls after each feeding. Amanda was sensitive to our dog’s reserved personality. We had a great experience with Amanda and highly recommend her. We have already booked with her again.

Nicholas was absolutely amazing! We were so worried about leaving our animals while we went away for a few days. The reassurance and communication allowed us to have a great trip without worry. The animals all love him and I would trust him again without hesitation. 10/10 highly recommend!!

Mindy was great. She was very caring and attentive to our dogs while we were gone. I could tell from the pictures everyone was eating up the attention and enjoying playtime. Having her to rely on eases our mind when we go away.

Christina was very kind and did come and take care of our three dogs while we were away, and we appreciated the pictures and updates she sent. We chose her because of her experience with senior dogs, and I had specifically explained Graham’s situation at our meet and greet and also provided an update before the sitting began. As first-time Rover users, we weren’t sure how the check-in system worked, so we did find it concerning that there were several discrepancies between the times she checked in and out on Rover and the times our Ring doorbell showed her arriving and leaving. We also came home to find three towels underneath Graham. His bandage had shifted around his waist, which may have simply been from the ace bandage we had wrapped around it, and he had been urinating on himself. We certainly understand that accidents can happen with an older dog, and we are not placing blame on Christina for any of this. Our concern was simply that we weren’t made aware of the situation while we were away, particularly since we had discussed Graham’s condition with her beforehand. We are grateful that she came and cared for our dogs, and we appreciate the pictures she sent. We just feel that better communication, particularly regarding Graham and the visit times, would have given us much more peace of mind while we were away.
