Dog Boarding in Fort McDowell

Luna has always had a wonderful experience staying with Christine and her family! This time, as I was rounding the corner onto Christine’s Street, Luna started happily yipping and wagging her tail – she was so happy to see Christine and her family! Thank you, Christine, for always taking such good care of Luna!❤️

Amber was absolutely amazing! She made my babies feel at home and accommodated them with anything they needed. I received daily pictures and notes, and by the end of their stay, they were a part of the pack!

Kevin was amazing! He was great with updating me and sending pictures of my dog while I was away. Definitely recommend and look forward to using him in the future!

Kelly is terrific! My dog starts getting excited when we turn into her neighborhood. I never worry about my dog’s comfort, health or safety when Kelly has her.

Our girls, Abby and Sasha loved being with Jaclyn & William while we were on a trip! They were kind enough to board them even though we couldn’t manage a meet and greet due to time constraints on our side. We were so happy knowing they did so well and got along with their babies and were so loved during their stay! We’ll surely be boarding with them next time 🥰thank you for keeping our fur babies safe, loved and happy!

I cannot recommend Yanique highly enough. She watched my cat Lukas for a couple of months while I was preparing for an international move, and I'm honestly so grateful I found her. Lukas is not an easy guest; he's a big, independent orange Tabby who doesn't typically get along with other cats, and he arrived at Yanique's already stressed from a previous stay in a small apartment with dogs. At first he was growling when he got there, immediately claimed the master bedroom closet as his fortress, and made it very clear he was not happy. Yanique just let him be. She gave him space, earned his trust slowly, and by the end of the first week he was sleeping in her bed — exactly what he does at home with me. That alone tells you everything. She also has a couple cats of her own, and somehow Lukas, who has never been social with other cats, became very comfortable around them. One of the photo updates Yanique sent was of Lukas and the other cats sitting politely together in the living room in what looked like a candid meeting of sorts haha. On the care side: she noticed his eye goobers and cleaned them without being asked. Once he trusted her enough, she started cleaning his ears too. She fed him Branzino on one occasion and steak on another. She treated him like a member of her household, not a boarder, and it showed in every update and photo she sent. Lukas was genuinely thriving. On the logistics side, she was incredibly flexible. My move involved a lot of scheduling uncertainty and she never made that my problem — she extended his stay without hesitation and made herself available whenever I needed to bring him in for vet appointments. That kind of ease and communication is rare and made a genuinely stressful period so much more manageable. Yanique is a natural. If you have a cat with a big personality, she is exactly who you want. Very happy with our experience! Celeste sent us photos and updates during our time away. Winnie and Jasper settled in easily and were not at all stressed during their stay. Even had a little canine company part of the time. Would not hesitate to book with Celeste for next time.

Kristen was great. Got to do meet and greet before booking. She provided pictures so that I felt more comfortable about boarding. She gets replys fast when asking questions. Highly would recommend her to anyone looking for a pet sitter.

Curtis and his wife have watched our German shepherd a handful of times now and it’s always a fantastic experience. They send updates the entire time and care for her as their own. She typically refuses to eat while being pet sit and eats normally for them, which says everything about how comfortable she is there!

My dog Max had a great time! I'm so grateful for the wonderful care he received while I was away. I got plenty of updates and photos, which really put my mind at ease. I'll definitely be a repeat client!

We are very happy with the time our boys spent with Heidi. They were extremely happy when we got home and the best boarding experience we have ever had! We are so sad she’s already booked up for our next trip!

Adriana is always fantastic with our Pip! I always feel at ease leaving him in her care and she always sends the best videos of them playing and bonding :) so happy he has her!!!

Carolyn is very nice and easy to workwith, but the best is how she cares for my dog and his welfare. I loved seeing the pictures she sent to me. He looked very happy and content.

We were so pleased with the excellent care Matthew, Rebecca and family provided to our dog Charlie. They were very communicative and sent pictures to help ease our mind and smiles to our face during our absence from our beloved dog.

Veronica and her family provided great care and lots of loving for my dog when I left her with them for a week. Veronica provided frequent photos and updates, she was quick to respond to my requests and communication with her was very easy. Highly recommended.

Lisa and her husband are so wonderful! My dog is older and a nervous nelly but Lisa stayed up to comfort him and make sure that he felt safe and comfortable. Very easy to communicate with and she sent me pictures of my little guy throughout his stay with her. Her house is beautiful and clean, gorgeous backyard for my little guy to roam and explore. Highly recommend Lisa!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! My two boys were so happy and well taken care of—the best possible outcome I could’ve hoped for. I received tons of pictures and videos, which truly put my mind at ease while I was away. They always looked so comfortable, relaxed, and genuinely happy. It gave me complete peace of mind knowing they were in such loving and capable hands. Highly recommend!

Izzy had a wonderful stay with Laurie and her family. I received frequent updates and photos. Izzy came home a happy doggie and is already looking forward to her next stay!

This was my first time using Rover. Could not have been more pleased. Brandon sent lots of pictures and appeared to be a top-notch host. We were late returning because of the weather and Brandon was very agreeable when I let him know we would be late getting back. Missie came home happy and was apparently well cared for. She slept with his boys...which she does not do at home, but seemed to enjoy the experience. She loves kids and dogs so I'm sure she was in doggy heaven! He told us she was welcome to come back and we would certainly do that.

We were nervous about leaving our 10 year old, recently rescued chihuahua, with anyone but found ourselves in need. We are so happy to have found Tea - she is truly an angel. She was willing to deal with our Jelli, who loves people but hates other dogs getting anywhere near her, and occasionally has an accident in the house. Tea generally takes only one dog at a time, in addition to her own 2 older small dogs. Tea has been a blessing to us and to Jelli, and we have several more stays booked with her.
