Our previous (non-Rover) pet sitter cancelled 1 day before our trip. We were able to connect with Katie that same day and organize pet care. Katie was so accommodating and we felt so safe having her watch out cat. He wasn't feeling his normal self before we were leaving due to a cat fight and Katie made us feel comfortable with her experience to know that if anything happened while we were away that he would be in good hands. We will 100% be using her again when we are out of town.
I am very grateful for the care Alexandra gave my two cats while I was away. She is conscientious, reliable and easy to work with. Anytime that I need a sitter, I will not hesitate to ask her again!
