House Sitting in Liberty

Savanah was excellent with our three dogs. This was our first time using rover & having a house sitter, and I could tell at the M&G that even my most shy dog would be very comfortable with her. She was great at communication, checking in with adorable pictures, and extremely kind. I've boarded them at a place before and worried the whole time. I had zero worries with her because I knew they were in great hands!

We couldn’t be happier with our amazing dog sitter! Knowing our dogs were so well cared for gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. They were treated with so much love, attention, and care. We came home to happy, well-cared-for pups! We are so grateful and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, dependable, and loving to care for their pets. 🐾❤️

This will be a long(er) review to provide context. Like many who use Rover, my dog is as important as the rest of my family. Having worked for a large pet chain that boards animals -- and understanding how traumatic it can be -- I have never boarded any of my dogs. Finding high quality care who can come into my house and take care of Maddie at the level I want is exceptionally difficult. Maddie is about 5 pounds and therefore is fragile. One misstep could be fatal. I don't let Maddie jump up or down and carry her up steps. Consequently, I agonize over her care. I chose Faith to dog sit (stay at my house) for 16 days after interviewing her, reading reviews, and watching her interact with Maddie ahead of time. The care she provided Maddie was excellent. I received an email daily and a picture daily. I had a friend and my mid-80 year old father who stopped by the house on occasion and the reports back were terrific. An important "tell" is how Maddie acted when I came home. She seemed "normal". She wasn't skittish or anxious -- just her normal, excited to see me behavior. There is one other thing that is noteworthy. Faith is exceptionally professional and responsible. She arrived when she said she would. She did what she said she would. In the past, I've had to pester dog sitters to let me know what is happening. Not with Faith. I asked her to communicate daily -- and she communicated twice. I did not worry at all on my vacation because Faith was constantly updating me before I had a chance to worry if everything was ok. As you can see, I highly recommend Faith and will be hiring her again.

Carma took great care of our dog while we were away! I loved getting pictures and text updates. She handled two unexpected events (the dog running out the front door and getting locked out of the house) with professionalism. Highly recommend.

Amazing! I will rebook Anna everytime! Great communication. Lots of pictures. I felt relieved that my doggies were well taken care of while I was away. 100% recommend!

Samantha was great! She communicated with me, sent pictures and was respectful. My furry family was very happy and calm when we returned home because she spent time with them. Super grateful and would definitely rebook with her.

Aly was a great in home sitter for our Aussie, Stealth. She took and sent us lots of pictures and was very responsive to questions, etc. Our dog was loved while we couldn't be here. We will be using Aly's services again.

We love Sheyna and so does our Cat Mr. Pickles! She is great with our cat and we always know he is in good hands with her. I highly recommend Sheyna as a sitter for your pets!

Callie was great with our dachshund puppy. She sent us regular updates/pictures of how he was doing which kept our new dog parent minds at ease! Our boy got all the attention he needed from Callie, and we appreciate her consistency on the different behaviors we are trying to train him on. Highly recommend Callie to any dog or puppy owner!

Laura spent a week in our home with our doodle and did a fantastic job. She made us feel comfortable by providing Daylee updates and photos of noodle. We’d recommend her to anyone and will be using her services again.

Sydney came to my rescue at the last minute! My cat Friday took to her *instantly* and was at ease. Sydney sent me lots of photos and video and Friday's food/water was full and her litter well-scooped when I got home. Thank you Sydney!!

Kathleen was a fantastic dog sitter for our two pups! She asked good questions and was attentive. You could tell in the way she talked that she really cares about animals of all kinds and has good experiences with them. She also kept our house very clean and took care of it well! Would definitely recommend her and will be rebooking with her now that our dogs are familiar.

Sierra house sat and watched our 4 dogs for a weekend while we were out of town. She sent us tons of pictures and updates throughout the weekend and her communication was outstanding. It put my mind at ease knowing that my fur babies were well taken care of while I was away. We had such a wonderful experience with Annabella! She took amazing care of our pups and kept us updated throughout their stay, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away.
