Hannah was friendly and accommodating and was very responsive through the app. She agreed to check in on my cats on short notice and took good care of them.
Yusen was an incredible host— even though the booking was last minute she took the time to make sure our cat felt comfortable before we had to take off. She provided a room outfitted with all the best kitty amenities and even texted images everyday showing our furry buddy adapting to the space and other cats. She was super responsive and caring to both animals and humans alike :) . Would definitely book with her again!!!
