Abi was absolutely wonderful with Cashew. From the very beginning, her presence was so warm and gentle that Cashew made a friend right away. While I was away, Abi went above and beyond by sending a dozen photos a day, which gave me so much peace of mind. Every update showed how comfortable, happy, and loved Cashew was, and it meant the world to know he was being cared for so thoughtfully. We recently had the pleasure of having Lillian watch our dog Maple for a week while we were on our honeymoon, and we couldn't be more thrilled with her service. Lillian is absolutely amazing! From the very start, she ensured Maple's meals were eaten and administered her medication both in the morning and evening without any issues. Lillian's dedication to staying with Maple the entire time was incredibly reassuring. Not only did she take excellent care of Maple, but she also maintained our apartment impeccably. It was spotless when we returned, and you wouldn't even have known someone had been there. Lillian's attention to cleanliness and detail is truly commendable. The best part was the love and care she showered on Maple. Our dog was always so happy to be with her, and it was clear that Lillian genuinely loves and cares for the pets she watches. Lillian also takes care of Maple once a week while we are at work, ensuring she is walked and well taken care of. She tends to Maple, only asking questions if needed, and sends pictures if we request them. This allows us to focus on our work, knowing our dog is in excellent hands. Trusting someone with our beloved dog is so important to us, and Lillian has earned our complete trust.
