Dog Boarding in Sun Lakes

Marichelle was a life saver for my work trip. Dolly is 14 weeks old so it’s hard to leave your puppy but I had travel planned before we got her. Can’t thank her enough for taking care of our precious new baby plus sending pics and videos to reassure us she was doing great!

Eric was absolutely phenomenal! We feel like we’ve finally found our dog sitter—someone we whole heartedly trust our pups with here in Arizona. He communicated frequently with us while we were out of town and sent over video and photo updates. We highly recommend Eric and his household to board your pets.

Stacie was so wonderful with our 2 dogs and 2’cats while we were on vacation for over 1 week! She gave us several updates, pictures and videos and even bonded with our cat, Charlie, who usually runs and hides from new folks! Stacie is super clean, responsible and a true animal lover!! We will hire her 💯 for our next trip!!

Margareth was very professional. She made me and my wife feel very comfortable with Brownie. We loved how she kept us informed with videos. We were able to enjoy our self knowing Brownie was in good hands. She is truly a dog mom.🙏

We receive so many updates and photos of our dog while he’s with Joelle and her family. Our dog feels like part of their family while he’s there and he loves all of the attention and affection. Thank you!!

The WORST Rover service we have ever received! Got only two photo updates and three short responses for a 7-day stay although they agreed with us during our meet and greet to send daily photo updates. Neither dog seemed happy or were smiling in the photos. We love our dogs as our children but became anxious about them because we had no idea how and what they were doing. It seemed that they stayed in the yard by themselves most if not all the time, without any one to play with. We were also shocked that we were asked to pay an additional charge for not picking them up by noon. We dropped them off at 9 PM, picked them up at 4 PM, and should have been covered for pick-up by 9 PM. The extra charge was then waived because we were not notified about her special pick-up policy during greet and meet and the drop-off. BE AWARE OF her special pick-up policy by noon, no matter when your drop-off time is! We felt our dogs were just fed and stayed but not cared and loved. All dogs deserve better care than this!

Natalie did a fantastic job making my anxious dog feel at home. Natalie provided daily updates and pictures for peace of mind. I would definitely have Natalie watch my dog again!

Cindy was incredible!! Very nice space for animals and my dog immediately felt calmer in per presence. Sent plenty of photos, and played with her a lot. Great experience for us.
