Christina was very kind and did come and take care of our three dogs while we were away, and we appreciated the pictures and updates she sent. We chose her because of her experience with senior dogs, and I had specifically explained Graham’s situation at our meet and greet and also provided an update before the sitting began. As first-time Rover users, we weren’t sure how the check-in system worked, so we did find it concerning that there were several discrepancies between the times she checked in and out on Rover and the times our Ring doorbell showed her arriving and leaving. We also came home to find three towels underneath Graham. His bandage had shifted around his waist, which may have simply been from the ace bandage we had wrapped around it, and he had been urinating on himself. We certainly understand that accidents can happen with an older dog, and we are not placing blame on Christina for any of this. Our concern was simply that we weren’t made aware of the situation while we were away, particularly since we had discussed Graham’s condition with her beforehand. We are grateful that she came and cared for our dogs, and we appreciate the pictures she sent. We just feel that better communication, particularly regarding Graham and the visit times, would have given us much more peace of mind while we were away.

Mallory was so great, I highly recommend her services! She was communicative, flexible, responsive and responsible. She sent me pictures at each drop-in, which I loved! She was proactive to ensure my pet was comfortable, and it was just so comforting to have someone you could tell really cares with your pet. I would trust Mallory in my home again, absolutely!
