Absolutely wonderful people. I couldn't have asked for a better place for my dog to stay. He was treated like family the whole time. Definitely recommend!

Eric did an amazing job keeping us up to date on how our dog was doing! We were nervous as first time users with Rover however he’s willingness to do an introduction made us feel more comfortable with everything (which we ended up not needing), I know our dog can tend to be nervous with people at first but acclimated to him quickly! Wonderful sitter and we definetely recommend! Thank you for everything Eric and we will definitely keep in touch!

Our first time using Rover and I was a little nervous leaving my pup with a total stranger but he received more love and attention than if we were to have boarded him with a storefront business. Huaqing took wonderful care of our dog and sent us regular updates during his 4 day stay. She definitely spoiled him!

Pamela watched our two little Chihuahuas for 4 nights and did an excellent job of returning any communication and keeping us informed of their status and demeanor. The dogs seemed happy and well taken care of even tho one has bad separation anxiety. We will be using Pamela again when needed!

She kept in touch every day with photos and updates, and anytime she had a question, she reached out to make sure he stayed as comfortable and well‑cared‑for as possible. When our flight home was delayed over an hour, she remained patient, understanding, and communicative throughout the return. We would recommend her to anyone needing reliable pet care—she truly gives you peace of mind while you’re gone. I would absolutely book with her again, and I hope her schedule is open next time we need her.
