Heather went above and beyond to ease my fears. She is the first non-family member to look after my dogs, so I was very nervous. Heather has been very kind and empathetic. She communicates quickly and takes the cutest pictures! Heather is reliable and knowledgeable in what she does and it shows. I highly recommend her. 😁

Rylee has been wonderful with our dog, Kona, while we've been out of town. She stops by several times a day, makes sure she has everything she needs, and even takes time to play with her. It's given us so much peace of mind knowing our baby is in such caring and reliable hands. We would absolutely recommend Rylee to anyone looking for a trustworthy Rover sitter!

Preeya was wonderful for borah. She came over when requested took extra time for play time and made sure both her and Rupert were well taken care of. Borah is a special needs dog and Preeya understood this and took extra care with her addressing those needs. I hope that she is available every time I need to travel for a few days. She also has great availability and made the whole process seem less.

Annabella was amazing! She went above and beyond to care for our cat Loki while we were on vacation. The night we left, our fire alarms became defective and kept setting off until our maintenance team could come fix them the next day. Annabella stayed extra long during her visit to reassure Loki and comfort him. Our litter robot also had a connection issue, and she was able to reset it & set up an emergency litter box I had shipped to the home. The fire alarm situation caused me a lot of anxiety at the beginning of the trip, but the daily updates and photos from Annabella made me feel so much better and we were able to thoroughly enjoy the rest of our trip, knowing our boy was in good hands! We would definitely rebook with her on future trips. :)

Stevie did a great job looking after our cats! She offered a meet & greet and was responsive. She sent many cute pictures daily. I'd recommend her service to anyone!
