Kristen exceeded all expectations! Wouldn’t hesitate to hire again…

By chance, we found Caitlin on Rover when we were searching for a pet sitter to help us cover a 4 day, night out of state vacation in October 2026. I wanted to find someone local, in the northwest Peoria area for this job. From the beginning, she was very responsive and easy to schedule with. She was punctual when we met at our home to orient her to the house and so that she could meet our 2 dogs. Our dogs are older and highly anxious around new people but within a few minutes of meeting Caitlin they warmed up to her, which was reassuring to see. We left town a little nervous simply because we rarely leave our dogs home and when we do, we typically have family available to help. Each day, Caitlin texted us pictures and videos of our dogs. We could see they were truly in great hands. She played with them, fed them according the the schedule that we left, and cuddled them on the couch and in bed at night. When we returned home, our home was as clean as we had left it and our dogs were very happy and healthy. I hope to be able to hire Caitlin again in the future. She gave our family peace of mind by respecting our house and I can tell that she loved on our pups as though they were her own.

Anna is professional and reliable! With daily check ins we were very happy with her services. We will for sure book with her again!

Kailyn did a great job of taking care of Mr. Pickles while we were away on a mini vacay. She made sure he was fed, his litter was clean and made sure he felt cared for. She also took great care of our home by pulling up our garbage cans and washing linens without us even having to ask. We definitely reach out to her the next time we plan a get away!
