Emilia-Laura took such good care of our cat Coyote while we were away for nearly an entire week. She gave us daily detailed descriptions of her visits with him which we appreciated so much and gave us so much peace of mind. We ended up extending our trip by a couple of days last minute and felt really confident and at ease that Emilia-Laura was available to visit him for those extra days. She was quickly in tune with our cat’s personality and needs. Coyote was doing great when we got back. Great communication and care overall.
