House Sitting in Alamitos

I’ve had Patricia stay with my gang when I’m away a few times (thought I already wrote a review - oopsie if I didn’t) she’s great for so many reasons. She comes in on the first day when she says she will, she will follow the pet care instructions to perfection, she respects your house and leaves it cleaner than when she arrived (took my trash out (so so nice)), very communicative, sends daily photos and is very kind. She is good with my dogs and they really seem to like her. I’ve bad bad experiences with other sitters on rover or the good ones move away or book up fast so I am so happy and so is my furry family that we found her and can count on her! Rose was fantastic with our two dogs and they absolutely loved her. Rose sent lots of pictures and left our house immaculate. We will definitely use her again in the future!

Fluff is a very introverted and reserved dog. He rarely lets strangers pet him and is quite selective about who he allows into his circle. Even though Sophia has done one drop-in visit before, it was a huge step for Fluff to welcome her into his world. Sophia was wonderfully patient with him, giving him the space he needed while also making it clear that she was there for him. She took him on plenty of walks, made sure he was fed, and even gave him his evening massages. I could tell from all the adorable photos and videos she sent that he was gradually becoming more comfortable with her. She was also very respectful of our home and I truly appreciate the care and attention she showed both to Fluff and to our space. We’d love to have her pet sit again!

Briana was amazing and would recommend her to any looking for an in house dog sitter! She was professional, clean, easy to communicate with, sent regular updates while I was away, and got along great with my dog.

Phoenix is very friendly and loving to my dog Finley. She did a great job caring Finley while we were away for a long weekend. If you need a person to walk or sit with your pet, I highly recommend Phoenix. As a plus, Phoenix washed the bedding and towels and remade the bed.

Cali was so amazing! She is very kind, provided updates and followed my dog’s care instructions. She made leaving my dog less stressful and I was confident he was in great care!

We’re so grateful we found Becky on Rover. We needed a new dog sitter for our 9 year old Goldendoodle, Lucy, and Becky was outstanding. Amazing communication, she prioritized Lucy’s needs, and she was just wonderful to work with. It gave us real peace of mind on vacation, knowing Lucy (and our home) were in good hands. We will definitely book with Becky again - thank you, Becky!

Courtney took care of our 3 cats during Christmas vacation. We were nervous about leaving them as they're very bonded. She took lots of photos of the cats and sent them to us. We looked forward to the photos which reassured us that they were faring well. Courtney left the house neat and we had no problems whatsoever. We appreciate the care she provided.

Diana is such a good sitter! Our dog Finn loves her so much, so instead of feeling alone he feels he is on vacation with a friend! Totally recommended and will be booking again with you soon! Thank you Diana, you are awesome!

I was happy to leave Maggie with Jaime and knew she would be cared for with kindness. Maggie was well cared for and the house was left perfectly on my return. I would definitely ask Jaime to house and pet sit again.

Andrea did an exceptional job in seeking to understand mine and Gideon's needs, asking thoughtful questions, and providing consistent and comforting updates and feedback. She is pleasant and seems to have a kind heart. She went above and beyond my expectations, and ensured my personal needs were accommodated while ensuring for the well-being of my special needs boi. I would highly recommend her to anybody who may be apprehensive of such services (because we love them so much and hate to be away from them), but she delivered!
