Dog Boarding in Alta Loma

We were so happy with Honey’s care while we were traveling for the holidays. Xutao and his family were great at communicating and keeping us updated throughout her whole stay.

My dog stayed with Huina for a week while I was traveling and overall I could tell my dog was very happy, comfortable, and well cared for in her home. My dog absolutely adores her and her family, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. During the stay, my dog did manage to escape the yard and was thankfully found safely by a neighbor. My dog has escaped other sitters yards before, so this was not too surprising for myself. While that was understandably scary, I really appreciated how seriously Huina took the situation. She was incredibly apologetic, refunded part of our stay, and immediately had the fencing reinforced by a handyman to make sure it would be even more secure going forward, so that all dogs would be safe in her care. What stood out to me most was her accountability and how quickly she acted to improve the situation. It’s very clear she genuinely cares about the dogs she watches and wants them to be safe and happy. I would feel comfortable booking with her again, and definitely plan to in the future. Thank you again Huina for all of the care you put into taking care of Korra!

Communicated daily with photos and details. Always treated our dog like family. We were missing him but he had fun too. Will book again in a heartbeat.

Ana has been my go to for last minute trips and bookings. She communicates and keeps my mind at ease. She is also very understanding and has been so gracious to my Lucy. When I drop lucy off, her tail was uncontrollably, which makes me know that she is excited to go there. When I ask questions, she responds quickly.

Joe was absolutely fantastic with my dog Obi! From the very beginning, Joe was super responsive and made communication easy and stress-free. While I was away, he sent me plenty of photos and updates, which I really appreciated — it was so nice to see how happy and well cared for Obi was. Even though Obi can sometimes be shy in new settings, he immediately felt comfortable with Joe, which really speaks to how kind and patient he is with animals. Joe also spent hours walking and playing with Obi, which is no small feat — Obi has endless energy and never seems to get tired, so it was wonderful knowing he was getting all the exercise and attention he needed. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I would absolutely recommend Joe to anyone looking for a reliable, caring, and dedicated sitter. Thanks again, Joe!

Amanda did a great job hosting our dog Tank. She was very attentive and continuously provided updates via text and photos of our dog letting us know he was in good hands and well taken care of. We will definitely be using her services again in the future!

Angel accepted a last minute holiday booking for us, since we unexpectedly ended up fostering a puppy after making travel plans. We got plenty of photos and updates, our pup had such a good time she cried when she left! Appreciated the help and felt like Angel handled her well. Thank you!!

This was my first time ever using this app and having someone else take care of my dog. I had a family emergency and was unable to take my baby girl I looked up dog hotels near me and this app popped up Rose was the first person to be recommended for me. I looked at her reviews and she had amazing reviews and the only one with perfect ratings so I figured she would be the best one to take care of my baby girl. Rose did an amazing job taking care of my baby not only did she provide her with a loving home while I was away they kept me updated with her all the time. Grace and Joe were amazing with our fur baby! They sent multiple pictures and videos daily and went out of their way to put me at ease when I didn’t want to leave our boy for our vacation. Teodoro, is a dream come true for fur parents! Attentive, very communicative and responsive. We got daily videos that showed our pups were happy and being engaged. And not to mention they got to meet Porkchop, their pet pig! We will use Teodoro again…. Wish we could give 10 Stars!!!

Frank watched over my dog for a couple of weeks while I was transitioning between houses. He took such great care of River and sent pictures to me frequently. It was so reassuring to know she was taken care of so well. I’ve already rebooked with him for when I’m out of town again. Definitely recommend!

We probably have rebooked with Allen and his wife for more than 10 times now. They take great care of our dog (coco), with timely updates, pictures. Coco loves to go to their house and always looks forward to his next visit/stay. Highly recommended!
