Taylor is everything you want and need in a sitter, and then some! After 9 days away,we came back to calm and happy cats. She's conscientious, thorough, friendly, helpful, great with animals, perceptive, and detail-oriented. I took a chance with her for our first Rover experience, given that she didn't have references, but her write up shone with a love for animals that resonated with me, and once we met in person, I knew she was a great choice. I wasn't wrong. She did everything we asked (cats, birds, plants, fish), kept us informed of it all with lots of daily pictures and updates, and even shared a solution to a water dish problem that she discovered and that I didn't know about. I will definitely ask her to watch our creatures again, because they were in very good and capable and loving hands. Thanks,Taylor!
I have rebooked Nicole at least 4 times by now. She’s the only one I trust to care for meeko, my 4 yo British shorthair who is the love of my life. Not only does she take great care of meeko but after each trip the house is tidy and just as we left it. Yolanda is genuinely fantastic!!! First of all, she’s so kind and you can tell she truly loves animals and people. She came and met our furry family and was very attentive to the details of how to care for them. Prior to our vacation, she checked in and was very communicative and excited to come and stay. I sent a few videos via the app on some updated protocols with the kitty meds, and she was on it! While she was here, she sent sweet pics of our kitties and kept us posted. Our cats are “elders” and needs meds, and she did a great job handling all of it! She left our house spotless and communicated prior to heading out as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Yolanda to care for you furry family ❤️🙏
