I cannot recommend Dawn enough! From the moment we booked, communication was clear and consistent. Throughout the stay, she sent frequent updates and photos which gave me so much peace of mind. Boots immediately felt comfortable with her and was relaxed and happy when I returned. I will definitely book her again a second time.

Jiamin is the best pet sitter ever! One of the things I appreciated most was how much attention and affection Jiamin gave to my cat. On top of that, Jiamin wrote a River Card after every visit and included tons of pictures and videos. My cat looked like he was having an amazing time—honestly, even more fun than he usually has with me, lol. Jiamin also noticed that my cat might benefit from having more companionship. Because of that, I requested an additional last-minute visit, and Jiamin was kind enough to accommodate it. I could feel the care and affection in every visit, and my cat definitely loved Jiamin.

Omar is incredible with our little cat, Cosmo! Our boy loves him and Omar is very attentive and communicative, letting us know how his litter is looking, if he’s eating alright, and if he seems comfortable/playful as normal. We get tons of photos every day, and we’ve noticed the care Omar puts into being in our home, too! Cosmo always has a fresh pot of cat grass planted after visits with Omar, and we notice litter vacuuming as well. Above and beyond for us!! If we can help it, Omar will always be our go-to for care.

Sierra was great! She responded quickly to my last minute booking and was super accommodating. She sent lots of pictures and videos and filled me in on Coco while I was on vacation. I would definitely recommend her to others!

Ziying was a wonderful cat sitter for our drop-in visits. She is very kind, caring, and easy to communicate with. She kept me updated before visit and shared lots of photos and videos, which I really appreciated. My cats were well taken care of, and I felt completely at ease. I would definitely book Ziying again in the future and highly recommend her.

Stephen was absolutely amazing with my cat ! I booked Stephen last minute for 6 days . I am glad he was available. I could not have found a better sitter for my cat. He made sure to feed and refill my cat’s food and water while I was gone. He sent tons of pictures and very responsible in communicating with me over the Rover app! He checked in timely and was extremely professional, he spent a lot of time playing with my cat! I will definitely book him again

Fuliang did a great job. I felt my cat Alba was well cared for. I got a nice detailed report on the last day. Could have used a picture of my cat everyday but otherwise I am a very satisfied customer and will use this sitter again for my pet sitting needs.

Erjin is super nice! He came by beforehand to meet our cat. He was really gentle and paid attention to all the little details. He took great care of our cats and sent us lots of photos. Our cat was very happy to see him! Thank you and highly recommend!

Tingchia is truly a lifesaver! We booked her for drop-in visits with our senior kitty, Chunky, and she was incredible from start to finish. She was able to accommodate a last-minute request and even came by early, which helped us out so much while we were away for the weekend. Chunky is usually very shy and timid, so we were pleasantly surprised at how quickly he warmed up to her. It gave us real peace of mind knowing he was in such good hands. Tingchia followed every instruction carefully and kept us updated, which we really appreciated. I would absolutely recommend Tingchia for drop-in visits. This is my first time using rover and finding a sitter. And I am super satisfied with the experience. Qianwen is very professional. My cat needs to take his medicine everyday. I was worried about it. But Qianwen nailed it! She also sent me tons of pictures and videos every visit. Will definitely reach her out again in the future.

Lan was great! Binx got lots of love and attention and Lan is communicative and friendly. I was happy knowing Binx was entertained while I was away :)

Austin was fantastic with our chameleon, Broccoli. He is a very gentle person which is important with animals. He was super responsive and kind. I definitely recommend him!
