I hired Maira for drop-in visits to play with and feed my pups while I was away on a business trip. I don’t usually travel for work because I’ve seen too many horror stories on social media about negligent pet sitters, so I was pretty skeptical. But Maira completely put my mind at ease from the very beginning. She immediately scheduled a meet and greet and completed a detailed questionnaire about my babies, which was so helpful—especially since Aura was being particularly finicky with her food that week. During the meet and greet, it was clear how genuinely passionate Maira is about animals. She made me feel completely comfortable leaving my pups with someone who, at the time, was a stranger but now feels like family. While I was away, Maira checked in right upon arrival and sent tons of pictures and videos of my pups playing and having a wonderful time. Those updates brought me so much relief and happiness. Knowing they were happy, well cared for, and enjoying themselves made all the difference. If you’re looking for someone to walk your dog, do drop-ins to play and feed, or house sit while you’re on vacation or a business trip, I highly recommend Maira. We couldn’t have asked for a better dog sitter! From the moment we left, we felt completely at ease knowing our pup was in such loving and responsible hands. They kept us updated with messages and photos, which meant so much to us, and it was clear our dog was happy, comfortable, and well cared for the entire time. Not only were they attentive to all of our dog’s needs, but they also went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Emilie did an amazing job dropping in on my cat while I was out of town, sending plenty of pictures and updates. My kitty is very shy around strangers but Emilie put a lot of effort into keeping her socialized and entertained at her own pace, and maintaining her food and litter routine. I would definitely book her again and recommend her to anyone looking for a kind and thorough sitter.

Absolutely phenomenal people; my cat is notorious for breaking into the bag of cat treats. Chelsea kindly created a personalized jar with my cat's picture on it and labeled it "Peter's Treat Jar" to prevent him from breaking in. It was the kindest act anyone has ever done. She just puts so much care and passion into her work. I'm so blessed to have found Chelsea and Richard and I won't be going anywhere else for pet sitting. You can rely on them to truly care about you baby and about you when you're gone. This service is so exceptional and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a sitter that goes above and BEYOND.
